Campus Media gives students the opportunity to share their interests and voice using the campus radio station, KMSC, while learning how a radio station works or by writing for the Collegian Reporter. Alpha Psi Omega (ΑΨΩ) is a National Theatre Honor Society for participants in collegiate theatre. The Morningside Chapter, Alpha Gamma Cast, supports Morningside Theatre productions, organizes participation in the annual Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, as well as hosting monthly campus events to further creative, theatrical expression and exposure at Morningside University. APO began in the early 20th century as a result of the growing interest in dramatic arts among colleges and universities throughout America, with the aim of encouraging dramatic production at every step in a person’s academic career.
