ISEA is an education group on campus that goes on conference trips to learn from practicing teachers. As a group we also help the students in our community by providing thanksgiving meals, “Lets go to college”, and adopting a family for Christmas. Lastly we do the festival of trees so that the group can get together outside of the university and enjoy the Christmas spirit.

ISA is formed by more than 70 students from 20 countries from all over the world, including: Antigua, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Nigeria, Peru, Spain, Tunisia, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela. As a member of the ISA, you will work to promote cultural awareness through dynamic campus activities in which students learn from people of differing cultures and backgrounds.

Morningside Garden club provides an opportunity to get hands on skills and allows you to get your hands dirty and learn about gardening! Student centered learning continues to lead all activities in the garden. In its sixth year, day after day, students have entered the garden to learn. Professors in our department are intentional about incorporating learning in the garden, while producing fresh local produce to serve in the cafeteria.

Morningside's Gamma Beta Chapter of Sigma Tau Delta confers distinction for high achievement in English language and literature studies in undergraduate, graduate, and professional work; promotes interest in literature and the English language; and fosters the discipline of English in all its aspects, including creative and critical writing. Members have the opportunity to apply for scholarships, travel grants, and publication through the international organization, and they participate in a wide range of campus and community activities. The group hosts English programs and humanities-focused student activities such as workshops, a book club, a writing club, and spoken word slams; and it supports Morningside’s literary arts journal, The Kiosk and its scholarly counterpart, The Morningside Review.
